Claims Administrator (NSW)
We are looking for an experienced Claims Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver high quality customer service with both internal and external clients and to develop a good working relationship with customers.
Duties and responsibilities
You will utilise your previous insurance experience to support the administration of the customerservice and insurance claims.
Your responsibility
- Provide assistance to Ezy Projects team and management where required whilst managing
- Relationships in providing high level customer service to clients.
- Review claim information and accurately input into database.
- Efficient complaints handling.
- Manage customer service inbox.
- Process insurance claims.
- Provide first point of contact for all customers.
- Liaise with customers regarding the progress of the claim and obtaining any outstanding information.
- Provide general administration support.
- Establish, update and maintain Ezy Projects claims database platform.
- Perform other office duties.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you will have to provide excellent customer service and successfully manage customer expectations and complaints. Your administrative and organisational skills are vital to ensure all tasks are managed correctly, clearly communicated and recorded against the project. Applicants must be able to work without supervision, as well as in a team oriented collaborative environment. You will also have excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to
build strong relationships with our clients.
Key experience
- Over 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Extensive Insurance and customer service experience.
- Knowledge of insurance service sector.
- Highly developed time management and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Excellent computer skills in all Microsoft products.
- Experience within the insurance industry (ideal but not necessary).
- You must have worked in a similar environment to hit the ground running.
